How Our Ebooks Are Delivered

All ebooks purchased from Purely Fiction Books are delivered digitally—no physical item will be shipped.

After completing your purchase, your order will be processed and your ebook delivery instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please note that ebook delivery is not instantaneous. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours, and often sooner.

This process allows us to ensure accurate delivery and provide personalized support if needed. If you do not receive your ebook instructions within 24 hours, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

DRM, Passphrases & Downloading Your Ebook

Our ebooks are protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) to help safeguard authors’ and publishers’ work.

To access your ebook, you will need:

  • A free Adobe ID

  • A compatible reading app or device that supports Adobe DRM (such as Adobe Digital Editions or compatible e-readers)

When your ebook is fulfilled, you will receive instructions along with a passphrase needed to open your file. This passphrase is unique to your order and is required to access your ebook.

Please note:

  • Your passphrase cannot be retrieved or reset if lost

  • We strongly recommend saving your passphrase in a secure location

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your Adobe ID and reading device

Returns & Refunds for Ebooks

Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final.

Once an ebook has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Digital files cannot be revoked once issued.

Replacement copies are not guaranteed in cases where access is lost due to forgotten passphrases, deleted files, or changes to device or Adobe ID credentials.
