Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Books)

Physical books may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unread, and in original condition.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide return instructions.
Approved returns should be shipped back to us, not to the publisher or distributor.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds apply to the cost of the book only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final once delivered or made available for download.

eBooks cannot be returned or exchanged
Refunds are not available for eBooks
Lost or forgotten eBook passphrases cannot be recovered and do not qualify for a refund
